Since I have a hooded eyelid I always had smeare on the top lid during the day. For that I used sth. 3times and the not longer. So I was a bit sceptical. But I have to say it stays the whole day where it is supposed to be. Also helpful was the tip of Jacqueline how to get a fine line.
