Most orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Certain products can be shipped from our US warehouse.
USA and overseas ordersare shipped using DHL - best, fastest and most reliable shipping company in the world. Obviously we are not a shipping company, so once the parcels leave our premises, we are reliant on the shipping company for speed, which is why we choose to use the absolute best.

We ship all over the world... although most of our customers are in the USA followed by Australia.
COVID-19 UPDATE - Updated 24th April, 2020
While we are processing fully as normal, and most orders are shipped same day on our end, the situation with shut down, and huge backlogs at customs, have started causing serious delays in delivery to some US orders.
Australian orders still seem to be delivering almost as normal as of 24th April.
Please order as soon as you can for delivery as soon as possible.
