Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Policy

Our goal is to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. However, we do have certain conditions for returns and exchanges:

You may return new, unopened, items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc)

1. Non-Returnable Items We encourage our customers to carefully review product colors before purchasing. Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect color selection by the customer. We offer detailed product descriptions and color representations on our website to assist in your selection process.

If you are unsure about color please feel free to contact us for help before purchasing.

Further to this, some specific items or brands may be non-returnable - particularly items that are not our own brand - as we only provide such items as a favour to our customers and are not actually part of our business.

2. How To Return or Exchange
  - Email us at info@jacquelinekalabbeauty.com with "return" in the subject line.  - Include your name, shipping address, order number or receipt number, name of the product, and reason for return.
  - Specify if you prefer a store credit, an exchange (detail the requested item), or a refund (note: a 6% fee will be deducted for shipping/processing).
  - Reseal your order in its original packaging and post in a box that will maintain the product's new condition - such as the original shipping box.

3. Processing Your Return
  - Upon receiving your email, we'll provide you with instructions.
  - Refunds will be processed in either: the original form of payment, as a store credit, or an exchange will be sent out, within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

5. Right to Refuse.Jacqueline Kalab Beauty reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange at its discretion, in compliance with USA and Australian consumer laws.

6. Legal Compliance: This policy is designed to comply with the consumer protection laws of both the USA and Australia. We're committed to fair and transparent transactions.
