We also realise that buying online means certain restrictions such as not being able to test a product in store, first, before purchasing.  

We want you to be able to purchase with confidence and get the same or better benefits than buying in a store.  

For these reason, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase date. 

How To Return or Exchange

1. Simply email info@jacquelinekalabbeauty.com with "return" in the subject line
2. State your name and shipping address
3. State whether your wanting:

• A store credit to use for future purchases;
• an exchange (give details of requested item you would like goods exchanged for;
• a refund ($6 will be deducted toward shipping/ processing)

4. Include your order number or receipt number
5. Name of Product
6. Reason for return

7. Reseal up your order

We Will Then:

1. We will email you a shipping label and shipping instructions - depending on your location - to be attached to your return order, to provide you shipping.  

2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment form, or as a store credit,  or exchange sent out, within 7 days of receipt of returned items.
